Caren Gitlin, LCSW

Caren Gitlin, LCSW, is a mother of two young boys and has been a child and family therapist, specializing in early childhood development, for 15 years. Caren has worked with young children with social, emotional and behavioral challenges at Cedars Sinai in the Cheerful Helpers Child and Family Study Center. She has worked in private practice including individuals, play therapy and social skills groups for children and parent support groups. It was during her first year of being a mom that Caren realized she wanted to help support parents during this exciting and challenging time in their lives. Caren started leading mommy and me groups and fell in love with helping moms and dads navigate the sometimes bumpy road of parenthood.
